We’re happy to welcome you! Thank you for choosing to sell your clothes with us. To ensure a smooth and fair service for everyone, please take a moment to read our terms and conditions.

Clothing Inspection & Pricing
All items are weighed and inspected at the time of drop-off. We pay a fixed rate of £0.40 per kilogram for accepted clothing. We reserve the right to reject items that do not meet our quality standards.

Accepted Items
We accept clean, wearable clothing. We do not accept wet, dirty, heavily damaged items, or items we do not currently buy (e.g., suits, dressing gowns, etc.).

Mixed Clothes – No Service
If good condition clothes are mixed with damaged, dirty, or unaccepted items, we will not check or buy the clothes. Please make sure your clothes are sorted and meet our standards before bringing them in.

Shopping Trolleys – No Service
We do not serve customers who arrive with shopping trolleys. Please bring your clothes in suitable bags or boxes.

No Return Policy
Once clothes are handed over and the payment is made, you cannot claim the clothes back. By leaving the premises, you agree to this policy.

Payment
Payment is made in cash at the time of drop-off based on the final weight and approval of the clothing.

Liability
We are not responsible for any personal items left in bags (e.g., money, documents, jewellery, etc.). Please check your items carefully before handing them in. If something is left behind by mistake, we will try our best to locate it, but we cannot guarantee recovery.

⚠️ TEMPORARY POLICY UPDATE ⚠️

50kg Limit Per Person / Household Per Week 

Due to high volume and limited capacity, we are currently limiting clothing drop-offs to a maximum of 50kg per person/household per week. 

✅ Exceptions:
If the clothes are in excellent condition and contain none of the items we don’t accept, we may accept larger quantities.

Thank you for your understanding
